#EatingItavie Photo Contest Official Rules

Eligibility

The #EatingItavie photo contest is open to all customers. Employees of Itavie New York Grill & Bakery, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.

Entrants under 18 years of age require the permission of a parent or guardian. By entering the contest, entrants under 18 years of age indicate that they have obtained the permission of a parent or guardian. Subjects in the photo under 18 years of age must be photographed by the parent or guardian to be eligible to win.

How to Enter

Enter the contest by posting a photograph through Facebook or Instagram of yourself, family, and/or friends with Itavie food and drinks excluding all alcoholic beverages. Photos posted Must have the hashtag #eatingitavie to be eligible in Facebook or Instagram, otherwise we will not see it. The more fun and creative you are the higher your chance of winning will be.

Entry Period

Entry period will be announced on a weekly basis, beginning every Sunday at 12AM Eastern Time and ending the following Saturday at 12AM Eastern Time. A winner will be announced the following day, a Sunday, after the contest ends by 4PM Eastern Time.

EXAMPLE: The contest ends Saturday night at 12AM, we will make the announcement on the Itavie Facebook page the next day with the winning photo on Sunday anytime before 4PM. Any contest submissions that were entered after the contest end time will automatically be entered into the following weeks contest.

Itavie management reserves the right to postpone the contest until a further scheduled date. Postponing the weekly contest will be decided by factors of holidays, availability of dessert case items, time and production management, and any unplanned event that may disrupt the contest. Itavie management may cancel the contest at anytime.

Submission Rules

-       Photos submission must contain Itavie food and/or drinks.

-       Itavie food and/or drink MUST be visible and made to be part of the photo.

-       Although you may take photos with alcohol, we will not accept them as contest submissions. Only Itavie food and drinks available to everyone of all ages will be accepted.

-       The hashtag #eatingitavie must be tagged in the post.

-       Do not submit contest submission photos by Facebook or Instagram’s private messaging.

-       You may submit multiple entries however if selected, only one entry will be picked and cannot be entered again.

-       Do not submit images or post comments that are clearly offensive and degrade the fun nature of the contest as they will not be accepted and can be reported.

-      Use of filters and photo enhancements are allowed, we discourage filters that distort photos too heavily, it's best to use Instagram type filters only. No photo manipulation allowed, changing Itavie logo, drasticlly changing the colors of people and food will disqualify. Stay as close to the original photo as possible, don't get too carried away.

Contest Winner

-       Only one winner will be announced per weekly entry period.

-       By submitting a photo with #eatingitavie you agree to allow us to share your photo on Itavie New York Grill & Bakery Facebook and Instagram pages.

-       If you have the winning entry, you will be notified by Facebook Messenger and/or public post.

-       If you have the winning entry, you must appear in person to claim your prize. No delivery of any kind will be made. No purchase necessary to claim prize. You may sit down in the restaurant and enjoy or take it home.

-       The contest winner can select ONE of any dessert inside the Itavie Dessert case excluding any Cookies from Brooklyn™ products.

-       All non-winning entries will automatically be entered into the following weeks contest, excluding multiple entries made by the winner.  

End of the Year Grand Prize

-       For the Grand Prizes, all winning entries from the contest announcement to the contest end date of December 31, 2019 at 1159 p.m. Eastern Time will be automatically entered to be eligible for the three grand prizes.

-       The three Grand Prizes are, 1st place $100 Itavie gift card, 2nd place $50 Itavie gift card, and 3rd place $25 Itavie gift card.

-       Only the 2019 winning entries will be eligible to win the prizes.

-       If you have a winning entry, you must appear in person to claim your prize. No delivery of any kind will be made. No purchase necessary to claim prize.

By participating in the contest, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
